Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough assessments to evaluate clients' psychological and emotional states, using standardized assessment tools and clinical judgment.
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans that align with clients' goals; modifying these plans as necessary based on therapeutic progress.
  • Provide evidence-based therapies, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and other modalities tailored to individual client needs in one-on-one, family, and group settings.
  • Regularly monitor and document clients' progress using our integrated electronic health record (EHR) system to ensure compliance with ethical and legal standards.
  • Manage crisis situations by providing immediate intervention and support, ensuring the safety and well-being of clients.
  • Collaborate closely with a diverse multidisciplinary team, including psychiatrists, social workers, and wellness coaches, to provide holistic care that addresses both mental and physical health needs.
  • Engage in continuous learning and skill enhancement by participating in training workshops, supervision sessions, and staying abreast of current research in mental health treatment approaches.
  • Ensure confidentiality and proper handling of sensitive client information, maintaining the highest ethical standards as set forth by professional licensing boards.
Patient Population / Client Focus

You will primarily serve a diverse adult population experiencing various mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, PTSD, and relationship issues. Our clients come from all walks of life, and it is essential that you approach each individual with empathy and understanding, tailoring your therapeutic approach to their unique circumstances.

Qualifications
  • A Masterโ€™s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a closely related field from an accredited institution.
  • Current and active state licensure as a Mental Health Therapist (LMFT, LPC, or LCSW) in Pennsylvania.
