The outpatient office setting enables our counselors to interact with clients from various backgrounds, allowing for rich and diverse therapeutic engagements.

• Deliver high-quality, evidence-based therapy services in individual, couples, and family settings, tailored to meet the unique needs of each client.
• Conduct comprehensive assessments to accurately diagnose mental health conditions and develop tailored treatment plans aligned with best practices.
• Utilize a variety of therapeutic modalities relevant to client needs, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Solution-Focused Therapy.
• Actively engage with clients to cultivate therapeutic alliances, establishing achievable goals and monitoring progress throughout their treatment journey.
• Maintain meticulous clinical documentation that adheres to both regulatory and ethical standards to ensure the highest level of care.
• Employ a user-friendly digital platform to manage client scheduling and maintain session notes, enhancing the efficiency of the therapeutic process.

Our patients represent a broad spectrum of mental health needs, including those dealing with anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship issues, and addiction. Your role will involve working with diverse clientele who come to us seeking support and guidance. • A Master's degree or higher in counseling, psychology, social work, or a related field.
• Licensure to practice independently in Pennsylvania (e.g., LPC, LCSW, LMFT, or PsyD).

• Experience working in outpatient settings with diverse populations, particularly in therapy modalities listed.
• Demonstrated ability to develop treatment plans and adapt approaches based on client feedback.
• Proficiency with telehealth platforms and electronic health record systems.

• The annual salary for this position ranges from USD 80,000 to 100,000, commensurate with experience.
