Clark Creative Solutions is seeking an experienced Program Manager to lead execution of a nationwide Joint Training Readiness Services contract supporting the National Guard Bureau. The Program Manager will provide overall contract leadership, customer engagement, staffing oversight, quality assurance, and strategic direction while serving as the primary interface with Government leadership
Location: Remote CONUS
Clearance: Active Secret Clearance Required
Position Overview
The Joint Training Systems Specialist provides technical and functional expertise supporting Joint Training System processes, readiness assessments, and mission essential task development.
Required Qualifications
  • Minimum 7 years Joint Training experience
  • Extensive knowledge of Joint Training System processes
  • Experience developing Joint Mission Essential Task Lists (JMETLs)
  • Experience supporting Mission Essential Task assessments
  • Experience developing annual Joint Training Plans
  • Familiarity with CJCS Joint Training publications
Preferred Qualifications
  • Joint Staff experience
  • Combatant Command training experience
  • Military planning background
