Key Responsibilities

As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor, your daily responsibilities will include:

• Providing comprehensive clinical services tailored to the unique needs of each client, ensuring the delivery of effective person-centered and recovery-oriented treatment plans.
• Conducting ongoing assessments of clients’ treatment needs, adjusting plans as necessary to meet evolving mental health challenges.
• Collaborating with clients to develop individual service plans that align with their personal goals, promoting skill-building and resilience.
• Guiding clients through the development of coping strategies, problem-solving techniques, and essential communication skills to enhance their everyday interactions.
• Educating clients about available community resources and advocating for their access to these services to support comprehensive care.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Your work will primarily focus on adults aged 18 and older who face difficulties maintaining community engagement and stability due to mental health issues. You will be instrumental in helping clients identify their strengths and barriers, facilitating their journey toward greater autonomy and a better quality of life.

Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you must possess:

• A Master’s degree or higher in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.
• A valid and current state license, such as Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW), or Licensed Psychologist (PsyD).
• The ability to practice independently without supervision.
• No disciplinary actions on your current license.
• Demonstrated experience providing direct clinical services to clients.
• Strong interpersonal skills with a compassionate and empathetic approach to client interaction.
• Proficiency in computer systems and remote work tools, with a reliable Wi-Fi connection.

Preferred Experience

Ideal candidates will also have:

• Experience in conducting group therapy sessions.
• Familiarity with evidence-based practices and treatment modalities relevant to mental health.
• A background in working with diverse populations and an understanding of various cultural wellness practices.

Compensation and Benefits

This position offers a competitive salary ranging from USD 80,000 to 100,000 per year, commensurate with your experience and qualifications. Our comprehensive benefits package includes:
