Description
As the Quality-Focused Engineering Owner for our online experimentation platform, you will define and drive the quality vision for a system that powers experimentation across the customer experience. Partnering with engineers, product teams, and senior leaders, you will ensure the platform meets the highest standards of reliability, scalability, and quality while delivering critical business initiatives.
You will own the quality roadmap, establish organization-wide quality practices, and build the automation and frameworks needed to scale testing effectively. Combining strategic leadership with hands-on execution, you will help enable experimentation on some of Apple’s most critical customer-facing experiences.","responsibilities":"Implement processes and frameworks for the continuous quality improvement of platform, fostering excellence and reliability.
Work closely with feature owners, data scientists, server and device engineers, leaders, and other stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver impactful evaluation solutions.

Pay & Benefits
At Apple, base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay range for this role is between $175,000 and $308,500, and your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.
Apple employees also have the opportunity to become an Apple shareholder through participation in Apple's discretionary employee stock programs. Apple employees are eligible for discretionary restricted stock unit awards, and can purchase Apple stock at a discount if voluntarily participating in Apple's Employee Stock Purchase Plan.
