As a member of our remote counseling team, you will be operating from the comfort of your own space while connecting with clients through secure telehealth platforms. Although the primary work setting is remote, you will be an integral part of our collaborative team, engaging in scheduled meetings and training sessions to enhance professional development and improve therapeutic techniques. The flexibility of evenings and weekends allows for accommodating clients’ schedules, thus ensuring their ongoing support.

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and screenings to determine the mental health challenges faced by clients, thereby guiding tailored treatment plans.
• Design and implement personalized therapy programs that address each client’s unique needs, focusing on family dynamics, communication issues, and relationship concerns.
• Facilitate evidence-based individual and group therapy sessions that encourage healing and growth.
• Collaborate with psychiatrists, psychologists, and case managers to provide cohesive and comprehensive care aimed at holistic recovery.
• Engage and educate clients' families throughout the therapeutic process, providing them with strategies and support to aid in long-term healing.

• Annual salary between $80,000 and $100,000, commensurate with experience and certifications.
