Job description

Five Star Solutions is seeking Bilingual Outbound Enrollment Agents for English and Spanish to support a fast-paced healthcare enrollment program serving eligible health-plan members. This is a light sales, scripted outbound position focused on helping members understand and enroll in available health programs.
This is an exciting opportunity to join a growing program where strong performers can make an immediate impact by helping members while delivering exceptional customer experiences.
This is a remote position for those that reside in = AL, FL, GA, ID, IA, IN, KS, LA, MI, MS, MO, NE, NV, NC, ND, OH, OK, PA, SC, SD, TX, TN, UT, VA, WV, WI, WY
Responsibilities
  • Make outbound calls to eligible health-plan members using an automated dialing system.
  • Follow established scripts and enrollment procedures accurately.
  • Engage members in professional, friendly, and conversational discussions.
  • Explain program benefits and enrollment opportunities clearly.
  • Address common questions and objections while keeping the conversation focused on enrollment.
  • Navigate Salesforce CRM and other required systems while speaking with members.
  • Reference general health or prescription-related information already provided in the system without independently collecting sensitive health information.
  • Document call outcomes and enrollment activity accurately.
  • Meet established quality, productivity, and enrollment goals.
  • Protect member information and follow all required privacy and compliance procedures.

Qualifications
  • Previous outbound calling, call center, customer service, sales, or enrollment experience preferred.
  • Strong verbal communication and active listening skills.
  • Comfortable following a structured script while maintaining a natural conversation.
  • Ability to confidently handle questions, hesitation, and objections.
  • Professional, patient, and empathetic communication style.
  • Comfortable working with CRM systems and multiple computer applications.
  • Strong attention to detail and accurate documentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
  • Reliable attendance and a strong commitment to meeting performance expectations.
  • Must be able to Speak, Read, & Write fluently in English & Spanish

$17 - $17 an hour
Pay $17/hr with $1 differential for nights and weekends + incentives
Hours: Monday-Friday between 10:30 AM-9:00 PM Eastern Time with 1 Saturday per month
Paid Training - typically 1 week in length from 9:00am-6:00pm Mon-Fri (EST)
Status - Full Time 40 hours, Benefit eligible 1st of month after 60 days
