Job description

Elite Closers Wanted

MACH10 is scaling nationwide and we're hiring elite closers — hungry, sharp, fast learners who read people, hear tonality, and adjust on the fly. We sell mobile ceramic coating, and a love of cars helps you connect with our customers, but it is not a requirement. We can teach you the product cold in two weeks. What we can't teach is hunger, quickness, and the instinct to take a warm lead and turn it into a booked install.

This is not a show-up-and-hang-out job. You will grind here. We hand you a stack of warm, pre-qualified leads every day and expect you to work them relentlessly, on a team that's always raising the bar and out to be the best in the industry — a select few make it through, and they earn accordingly.

If you're a killer on the phone who learns fast and is motivated by money, this is your seat.

The Math (know exactly what you're walking into)

15 warm inbound leads a day — every one requested a quote from us.

~50% contact rate → about 7–8 real conversations a day.

~50% close rate on contact → roughly 3–4 installs a day.

At a $1,300 average ticket, that's ~$5,000/day in booked coatings.

You earn commission on every install. Sustain ~$5K/day production and you're at $125K+ OTE — uncapped. Top closers earn well beyond it.

What You'll Do

Close warm inbound leads

Respond within 5 minutes — speed-to-lead is your income.

Run consultative calls: diagnose the situation, educate, build genuine rapport, and close. Make a friend first, close second — but always close.

Own your number. Your income is a direct result of your speed, consistency, and follow-through.

Work the pipeline like a pro

Execute a disciplined, multi-touch follow-up cadence — redial, text, personalized follow-up video — to convert leads who don't answer or don't buy on the first touch. That's where most of the money is.

Flawless CRM hygiene in GoHighLevel: tasks, notes, dispositions, next steps.

Review your own call recordings, implement coaching, and keep sharpening your close.

What It Takes — the closer

This is the job. Everything here is required.

Hungry and money-motivated — you want to earn and you'll grind for it. You do the math on a comp plan and get excited.

Incredibly sharp — quick on your feet, think and adapt live, never thrown by a curveball.

A fast learner — you'll master our product, pricing, script, and process in ~2 weeks and be closing. If you learn slow, this pace will bury you.

You read people — you understand what someone actually means, hear tonality and hesitation, and adjust your approach in real time.

A proven phone closer — you've closed over the phone, handled live objections, and collected money. You can prove it with real numbers.

Independently motivated — disciplined and accountable, you drive yourself. You don't wait to be chased.

Set up to perform remotely — home office (or able to arrange a suitable remote workspace) and available during peak lead hours across U.S. time zones.

A Love of Cars Is a Plus (not a requirement)

You'll be selling to car people, so genuine interest in cars, detailing, or ceramic coatings helps you build credibility fast — and any hands-on automotive background (detailer, shop, styling, paint) is a real advantage. But we don't require years in the trade. Bring the sales talent and the hunger; we'll make you dangerous on the product in onboarding.

Performance Expectations (this is the filter)

Hit your activity: 15 leads worked daily, ~50% contact, ~50% close on contact, ~3–4 installs/day, ~$5K/day booked.

Review your own calls and act on feedback. Send personalized follow-up videos. Do what it takes to drive show and close rates up.

Underperformance is addressed quickly. This is a high-bar team of the best in the industry — a select few move through, and coasting isn't an option.

Training & Ramp

Roughly a 2-week onboarding that starts with memorizing our proven sales script, then your product, pricing, packages, and GoHighLevel. You'll be closing by the end of it. We have a system — call reviews and training — and we expect you to use it.

Strongly Preferred

A proven remote-sales / home-office track record.

Any hands-on automotive or detailing background (ceramic, PPF, correction, shop ownership/management).

GoHighLevel or comparable CRM experience.

Compensation

Commission-only (1099), uncapped. OTE $125,000+ — see The Math above. Top performers earn significantly more.

Your ceiling is set by your speed, consistency, and follow-through, not by us.

Read Before Applying

This isn't for someone looking to coast or who needs hand-holding. It's for hungry, sharp closers who learn fast, read people, and want to grind on a team chasing best-in-the-industry. We move fast, hold high standards, and expect discipline and accountability.

Ready to Grind?

Apply now — and become a key part of transforming the automotive detailing industry nationwide.
