Inbound Sales Development Representative

FlowX.AI

Remote

Full-time

Posted 16 days ago

Job description

FlowX.AI is an AI-native multi-agent platform that helps banks and insurers build and deploy mission-critical AI agents - fast, secure, and at scale.
We just launched FlowX.AI 5.0 with 140+ production-ready agents for banking and insurance. Gartner put us in their 2025 Digital Banking Market Guide. Clients include OTP, Unicredit, State Street (world's largest custodian bank), and Legal & General, but also many small banks and mid-market logistics companies.
Mission
We are building something genuinely new in enterprise AI - not pilots, not demos, but production-grade agentic systems running in some of the most regulated industries in the world. We need a sharp, curious Inbound SDR who will be the first person a potential customer talks to, and who takes that seriously.
This is not a script-reading role - you will be expected to understand what we do well enough to qualify leads thoughtfully, connect the dots between a prospect's problem and our platform, and hand off conversations that are actually ready to close.
What you will do on a daily basis
  • Own the inbound pipeline: respond to leads quickly (on hourly and daily cadences), reach out, ask the right questions, and qualify & schedule with precision.
  • Research accounts before every conversation - understand the company, the industry, and where AI fits into their world.
  • Use our CRM and sales tools fluently: log everything, keep data clean, and surface insights that help the team.
  • Coordinate across time zones, covering both US and European business hours.
  • Collaborate closely with AEs to ensure a smooth, informed handoff every time.
  • Spot patterns in inbound traffic and share what you're seeing with marketing and sales leadership.

Very likely you can be successful if you have
  • 1-3 years of experience in an inbound SDR or similar sales development role.
  • Excellent written and spoken English - you are often the first impression we make.
  • Systems fluency: you pick up new tools quickly, keep your CRM spotless, and know how to find information without being told where to look.
  • A genuine interest in the problems our customers face - banking, insurance, and logistics operations are not trivial, and the right person finds that interesting, not intimidating.
  • Strong organizational instincts: you manage multiple leads at different stages without dropping threads.
  • Comfort working independently and across time zones, with the discipline to cover both US and EU hours reliably.

Nice to have
  • Prior experience in B2B SaaS, enterprise tech, or agentic AI.
  • Experience with HubSpot or other sales engagement platforms (Apollo, Outreach, Salesloft, etc.).
  • Interest in agentic AI, workflow automation, or enterprise process transformation.
  • Additional European languages beyond English.

What's in it for you
  • Every enterprise deal starts with one conversation - you're the person who decides whether it goes somewhere, with real visibility into deals and real input into how we talk about the product.
  • Join a platform already in production at major financial institutions and insurers across Europe and the US, at the stage where we're scaling - not figuring out if it works.
  • Competitive compensation with an early-stage equity package.
  • Work alongside an ambitious leadership team driving category creation in enterprise AI.
  • Collaborative, fast-paced culture with real room to grow as the team scales.
