The LCPC role is predominantly remote, allowing for flexibility in a work-life balance while maintaining collaboration with an inclusive and dynamic team. Core working hours are Monday to Friday, from 9 AM to 5 PM, promoting a structured yet adaptable work schedule.

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations to establish mental health diagnoses and formulate individualized treatment plans aligned with best practices and client needs.
• Maintain up-to-date documentation for each client session, including treatment plan reviews and case notes, ensuring compliance with company policies and state regulations.
• Deliver empathetic and culturally competent care by utilizing creative therapeutic interventions that empower clients to achieve their personal goals.
• Facilitate communication and service coordination among case managers, families, medical professionals, and educational staff to promote holistic care for each client.
• Participate actively in clinical staff meetings and workshops, contributing to the continuous improvement of practices and services offered by the organization.

• A Master’s degree in behavioral science or a closely related field from an accredited institution is required.
• Active clinical licensure as a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC) in the state of Maryland is mandatory.
• Proven effective written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to connect meaningfully with clients.
• Demonstrated capacity to maintain appropriate professional boundaries and ethical practices in all client interactions.
• Timeliness in completing all documentation and treatment records, showcasing organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Familiarity and comfort in working with a diverse client demographic to provide equitable care.

• A minimum of 2 years of experience in clinical counseling is preferred, with a focus on innovative treatment modalities.
• Experience working within integrated healthcare settings or in collaboration with interdisciplinary teams to address comprehensive client needs is a plus.
• Utilization of digital tools for client documentation and telehealth services enhances the efficacy of the counseling process.

We offer a competitive salary range of $90,000 - $110,000 per year, complemented by a comprehensive benefits package.
