• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations of clients’ mental health needs, utilizing structured tools and techniques to inform treatment planning.

• Collaborate with clients and stakeholders, including teachers and family members, to establish and monitor therapeutic goals, adjusting strategies as needed to promote ongoing progress.
• Provide engaging teletherapy sessions for students who may prefer or require virtual access, ensuring equitable availability of mental health services to all clients.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation using electronic health record systems to uphold ethical standards and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Engage in continual professional development through courses, workshops, and peer consultation, staying updated on the latest mental health practices and interventions.

In this role, you will primarily serve school-aged children and adolescents addressing issues such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and behavioral challenges. • A valid and current mental health license in your state: Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).
• A master’s degree or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills essential for building trusting relationships with clients and their families.
• Demonstrated empathy and a non-judgmental attitude toward clients' experiences, fostering a safe space for vulnerable discussions.

• Experience in a school setting or working with children and adolescents in mental health roles is highly preferred.
