  • Schedule: Monday-Friday, 9:00 AM-5:00 PM

Job Summary
As a remote Licensed Mental Health Counselor, you will provide therapy to clients who are seeking support with emotional and mental health concerns. Your role will involve helping clients understand their challenges, set manageable goals, and develop healthier responses to stress, conflict, grief, trauma, and other life concerns.
This position requires someone who can balance strong clinical skills with organized remote work habits. You will manage scheduled sessions, complete documentation, review progress, and maintain professional care standards in a telehealth setting.
Responsibilities
  • Provide individual therapy using secure telehealth technology
  • Complete intake assessments and identify presenting concerns
  • Develop and maintain individualized treatment plans
  • Guide clients through goal setting and skill building
  • Provide support for anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, stress, and adjustment issues
  • Maintain timely clinical notes and records
  • Monitor client progress and modify care plans as needed
  • Follow HIPAA and Florida LMHC licensing requirements
  • Communicate professionally with clients and team members

Requirements
  • Master's degree in Counseling, Mental Health Counseling, Psychology, or related field
  • Active LMHC license in Florida
  • Experience providing therapy in a clinical, outpatient, private practice, or telehealth setting
