• Conduct detailed and holistic assessments to address students' mental health needs, ensuring assessments are comprehensive and tailored.
• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans that align with each student's unique circumstances and goals, utilizing evidence-based practices.
• Engage in regular therapeutic sessions, employing various techniques such as cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), mindfulness practices, and trauma-informed care.
• Document client interactions and treatment progress meticulously while maintaining confidentiality and adhering to HIPAA regulations.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including school counselors and educators, to create a support system that promotes emotional well-being and academic success.

Your primary focus will be on children and adolescents facing challenges such as anxiety, depression, and trauma. • A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution is required.
