The Blended Healing Psychotherapy Center is seeking a dedicated Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) for a full-time, remote position primarily serving our school facilities in Chattanooga, Tennessee. This remote role allows you the flexibility to manage your schedule while ensuring that you remain connected with students and their families through telehealth platforms. As part of our school-based mental health initiative, you will utilize various digital tools for client interaction, evaluations, and counseling sessions. The working conditions will include scheduled assessments and virtual consultations, ensuring compliance with educational requirements and mental health guidelines.

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to evaluate clients’ mental health needs and develop individualized treatment plans that promote effective healing and coping strategies.
• Facilitate individual, group, and family counseling sessions, utilizing evidence-based therapeutic techniques to address mental health and substance use disorders.
• Monitor client progress towards set treatment goals, adjusting plans as necessary to ensure optimal outcomes.
• Engage in collaborative practice with psychologists, psychiatrists, and educational staff to create an integrated support network for clients.
• Provide crisis intervention services to clients experiencing immediate psychological distress, implementing de-escalation strategies and supporting clients in real-time.
• Maintain detailed and accurate records of client diagnoses, treatment modalities, and session notes, adhering to ethical and confidentiality standards.
• Stay informed on the latest research and emerging trends within mental health care, integrating relevant findings into practice to enhance service delivery.

In this role, you will primarily serve children and adolescents facing various challenges, including mental health disorders, traumatic experiences, and family dynamics. Your expertise will help students navigate life transitions, relationship issues, grief, and academic pressures, ensuring they receive the necessary support to thrive both in and out of school.

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.
• A current and valid state license to practice as a clinical social worker.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, allowing you to connect meaningfully with clients, families, and multidisciplinary teams.
• The capacity to maintain confidentiality and protect sensitive information while managing client interactions.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage a caseload effectively in a remote work environment.

• Experience working in a school-based setting or with youth populations.
• Proficiency in telehealth practices, digital documentation platforms, and mental health assessment tools.
• Familiarity with evidence-based treatment modalities specific to adolescent mental health.

This position offers an annual salary ranging from USD 80,000 to 100,000, reflective of your experience and qualifications.
