This full-time remote position requires a commitment to provide virtual therapeutic services to a minimum of 25 clients while maintaining a flexible schedule that allows you to create your own hours. This role operates entirely in a remote setting, facilitating your interactions with clients through telehealth platforms. We manage all administrative tasks related to new client marketing, insurance verification, credentialing, billing, and compliance. This structure allows you to devote your time to what matters most—delivering high-quality therapy services. You will benefit from 24/7 support, ensuring that your hours are spent effectively and efficiently.

• Conduct virtual therapy sessions using evidence-based practices, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Psychodynamic Therapy.
• Develop individualized treatment plans tailored to meet the unique needs of each client.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of all client interactions and therapeutic progress using our Electronic Health Record (EHR) system.
• Engage in regular professional development to stay informed about the latest advancements in clinical social work practices.
• Collaborate with a network of professionals to ensure comprehensive care and support for your clients.

Your client base will predominantly consist of adults aged 18 and older, with a special consideration for individuals from diverse backgrounds and minority populations. You will particularly focus on enhancing mental health outcomes for the LGBTQIA+ community and men’s mental health issues.

• A Master’s Degree in Social Work or Mental Health Counseling from an accredited institution.
• An active LCSW license in the State of Illinois.
• A minimum of 3 years of post-licensure clinical counseling experience.
• Professional malpractice insurance to ensure client safety and trust.

• Experience working with the LGBTQIA+ community.
• Specialization in men’s mental health practices.
• Ability to provide therapy to a diverse client base, with an understanding of cultural competencies.
• Familiarity with virtual counseling technologies and EHR systems.

We offer a competitive salary ranging from USD 85,000 to 104,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
