Job description

About the Role
We are seeking a highly organized Scheduling & Client Services Coordinator to support clients throughout the vacation planning and reservation process. This remote position combines scheduling, client communication, administrative organization, and itinerary coordination, making it a strong fit for someone who enjoys keeping multiple details organized while helping others plan memorable experiences.
In this role, you will assist individuals and families with coordinating accommodations, transportation, activities, resort stays, cruises, and other vacation components based on their individual preferences. You will help maintain organized timelines, document reservation information, and ensure important planning details are communicated clearly throughout the process.
A typical day may include reviewing client preferences, researching available options, coordinating reservation details, updating itinerary information, confirming upcoming arrangements, and following up on items that still require attention. Because each client's needs are different, the ability to stay organized while managing several planning timelines is important.
No previous industry experience is required. Structured training is provided to help new team members learn the systems, resources, booking processes, and client service standards used in the role. This opportunity is best suited for someone who is dependable, comfortable learning new technology, and able to work independently in a remote environment.
