Job description

The State of Mississippi, Division of Medicaid (DOM), is seeking proposals from interested and qualified professional entities to provide an Assistant Database Administrative/Worksite Specialist. This specialist will assist DOM with iManage Services. The resource will be required to execute a Business Associate Agreement (BAA) with DOM. This contract will be a three (3) year contract, with an option for two 1-year renewals.
| PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
·       Ability to create and publish workflow forms and electric workflow processes to reduce paper dependency.
·       Ability to create and customize forms from scanning and data capture.
Individual(s) proposed must have the following business skillsets
Business Skill Set Requirement:

·       Ability to effectively communicate in English verbally and in
writing 
·       Ability to interact with and translate between technical staff and business users regarding business and information technology needs
·       Strong listening and problem resolution skills 
·       Demonstrate strong analytical skills and critical thinking skills
·       Ability to be flexible, multi-task and work within deadlines 
·       Ability to work as a part of a team or independently
