We are seeking a Product Manager to lead the development and growth of our  secure, real-time remote access solution for data transfer, monitoring, and process optimization in the semiconductor industry. This role is responsible for defining product strategy, managing the roadmap, and ensuring successful delivery of security products and features that protect enterprises and individuals from evolving cyber threats. You will work cross-functionally with engineering, security research, marketing, sales, and customer success to ensure our products provide maximum security, usability, and business value. 


Responsibilities
  • Drive product lifecycle from ideation to launch and adoption. 

  • Gather customer and market insights to shape product strategy. 

  • Define requirements, prioritize features, and manage the roadmap. 

  • Collaborate with engineering to deliver scalable, high-quality solutions that works within the PDF Platform. 

  • Partner with sales and marketing to support go-to-market activities. 

  • Monitor product performance, adoption, and ROI to guide continuous improvement. 

  • Own the product lifecycle from ideation, strategy, and roadmap to launch and ongoing improvement. 

  • Conduct market and competitive research to identify emerging security threats, customer pain points, and market opportunities. 

  • Translate business and technical requirements into detailed product specifications for engineering. 

  • Prioritize product features based on impact, effort, and alignment with company strategy. 

  • Collaborate with engineering and product design (UX/UI) to deliver intuitive, scalable, and secure solutions. 

  • Work with threat intelligence and security research teams to integrate cutting-edge protections (malware detection, phishing prevention, zero-trust, endpoint security, etc.). 

  • Partner with marketing and sales to define go-to-market strategy, positioning, and messaging. 

  • Define and monitor KPIs such as product adoption, incident reduction, retention, and revenue growth. 

  • Act as product evangelist internally and externally, representing the product with customers, partners, and at industry events. 

  • Ensure compliance with regulatory and data privacy requirements (GDPR, CCPA, SOC2, ISO, etc.). 


Qualifications
  • 5-7 years of product management experience in enterprise software, cybersecurity, or industrial automation. 

  • 3+ years of building software for enterprise clients with a manufacturing environment  

  • Strong understanding of security, remote connectivity, access control, and audit compliance. 

  • Familiarity with role-based access control, virus scanning protocols, and traceability systems is a plus. 

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, Cybersecurity, or related field (MBA is a plus). 

  • Strong understanding of cybersecurity domains: network security, endpoint protection, identity & access management (IAM), threat detection & response, zero-trust. 

  • Experience and understanding of secure data transfer protocols and practices, including encryption methods, authentication mechanisms and compliance with industry standards. (TLS/SSL, HTTPS, SFTP, VPN, IPSec) 

  • Experience working with agile development teams and tools (Jira, Confluence, Aha, etc). 

  • Ability to analyze data (usage analytics, market trends, customer feedback) to drive decisions. 

  • Awareness of security, sustainability, reliability, and regulatory compliance (especially as IoT devices often operate in harsh/regulated environments). Experience with cloud security (AWS, Azure, GCP security services). 

  • Familiarity with security frameworks (NIST, MITRE ATT&CK, CIS Controls). 

  • Knowledge of secure software development lifecycle (SSDLC) and DevSecOps practices. 

  • Prior experience launching B2B SaaS or enterprise security products. 

  • Demonstrated ability to manage competing priorities and deliver high-impact results. 

  • Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills. 

  • Data-driven mindset: using metrics, testing, field data to refine products. 

  • Good project management discipline: schedule tracking, risk mitigation, budget/cost control, mass production constraints. 


Pay Range
USD $120,000.00 - USD $170,000.00 /Yr.Qualifications:
