Title: Mid-level Data Engineer
Location: Hybrid Orlando, FL only (Monday - Wednesday on site T&F remote)
We're seeking a skilled and motivated Data Engineer to join our team and help drive data-driven decision-making across the organization. This role is ideal for someone passionate about building scalable data solutions and collaborating cross-functionally to deliver impactful analytics.
Technical Skills & Experience

  • Strong working knowledge of SQL, including relational databases, query development, and database design. * Must Have
  • Experience building and optimizing data pipelines and datasets using scripting languages and ETL tools.
  • Proven ability in data modeling and data warehouse management.
  • Experience processing and analyzing large, disparate datasets.
  • Strong analytical skills, including working with structured and unstructured data.
  • Experience building and consuming APIs to exchange data between systems. *Must have
  • Ability to perform root cause analysis to answer business questions and identify improvement opportunities.

Required Experience
  • 3+ years of relevant experience in data engineering or related IT roles.
  • 1+ year of experience with big data and cloud technologies (e.g., Spark, Hadoop, Python, or similar) and cloud architectures.
  • 1+ year of experience developing applications using modern programming frameworks (e.g., C#/.NET or similar) for web or desktop *Must have environments.
