As a product analyst on the Commercial Lines Research & Development (R&D) team, you'll support and improve our product models. You'll be responsible for body type assignment updates and support VIN verification and vehicle attribute processes and analysis. You'll support the team on product enhancements and perform ad hoc product analyses. You'll also solve meaningful problems, deliver high-quality solutions, and make an impact in a collaborative, continuously evolving environment.
This is a remote position.
Must-have qualifications
  • A minimum of six years of analytical work experience.
  • {OR} Bachelor's degree or higher and a minimum of five years of analytical work experience.
  • {OR} Bachelor's degree or higher in a quantitative field of study and a minimum of three year analytical work experience.

Preferred skills
  • Knowledge of insurance products and rating methodologies.
  • Experience in data manipulation using tools such as SAS, SQL, R or Python.
  • Solid business acumen and understanding of how data supports decision making.
  • Experience in formulating conclusions from analyses and independently recommends effective solutions.

Compensation
  • $81,400 - $108,500/year
  • Gainshare annual cash incentive payment up to 30% of your eligible earnings based on company performance.
