We're 11 people, we cover the full SAP S/4HANA landscape, and we think of ourselves as strategic partners to the business, not a technology order-taking function. We move fast, we hold high standards, and right now we're in an exciting moment of transformation - leaning into what S/4HANA 2023 on RISE can do, including AI-driven automation and embedded analytics. If you want to build, not just maintain, this is the right team.

This role partners with business stakeholders to gather requirements, evaluate SAP capabilities, and implement scalable solutions aligned to enterprise standards. The Lead ensures system stability, data integrity, and end-to-end process continuity across SAP Financial modules and integrated commercial processes, including interfaces with SAP and non-SAP systems. • Translate business requirements into scalable SAP solutions while ensuring effective integration with other modules such as CO, MM, SD, PP, and Concur.
  • Manage the SAP FI application lifecycle, including enhancements, upgrades, and operational support.
  • Provide third-level support for finance-related SAP issues through ITSM, collaborating with business users and IT teams to resolve complex incidents.
  • Support SAP rollouts, system upgrades, and improvement initiatives, including testing, documentation, and post-implementation support.
  • Provide functional guidance to project teams and developers, including writing the functional specifications and system design.
  • Support month-end and year-end closing activities and ensure stability of finance systems during critical financial processes.
  • Provide thought leadership & Training on SAP S/4HANA innovations such as Universal Journal, Group Reporting, Embedded Analytics, and AI/ML-driven finance automation.
  • Evaluate and recommend continuous  innovations in S4 finance and adherence to SAP best practices.

This should describe you

  • 8+ years of experience working with SAP Finance solutions, including SAP ECC and/or S/4HANA environments.
  • Strong functional expertise in SAP FI modules, including General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Controlling, Treasury, group reporting and Asset Accounting.
  • Experience with SAP project systems preferred
  • Experience translating business requirements into SAP functional solutions, including configuration and system enhancements.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of integration with other SAP modules such as CO, MM, SD, PP and Concur.
  • Experience working in Group Reporting, Universal Journal, SAP Fiori Apps., and SAP Analytics Cloud.
  • Experience supporting system implementations, upgrades, or rollouts, including testing and user training.
  • Solid understanding of finance and accounting processes, particularly within complex or global organizations.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently and collaboratively in cross-functional teams.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to engage effectively with both business stakeholders and technical teams.
  • Experience in international or global organizations, ideally within FMCG, retail, or manufacturing environments, is preferred.
