What this position entails

IntelliScript is a practice within Milliman that provides health and life insurers with real-time data and underwriting decision support tools via software-as-a-service (SaaS). IntelliScript offers an innovative suite of products which interpret and deliver electronic medical data (such as prescription histories, diagnoses, treatment data, etc.) to help our clients make effective underwriting and pricing decisions. The Operations team sits at the hub of all IntelliScript divisions (IT, Data Analytics, Account Management, Sales, and Product). This team is ready to grow again due to the increasing volume of calls from insurance policy applicants.
What you will be doing
The key area of responsibility in the role of Customer Service Administrator is interaction with customers, i.e., insurance applicants, to handle Fair Credit Reporting Act inquiries:
  • Accurately track, enter, and maintain customer data in Salesforce to support timely and effective follow-up.
  • Provide responsive, professional support to consumers by phone and email, ensuring questions and concerns are addressed promptly.
  • Apply knowledge of FCRA guidelines and IntelliScript procedures to clearly explain processes, answer consumer questions, and support a positive consumer experience.

Responsibilities will expand to other tasks and projects as your experience and knowledge increases.
What we need
  • High school diploma / GED
  • Intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • 2 -5 years of customer service experience, preferably via phone
  • 1+ years of administrative experience

Compensation
The overall salary range for this role is $23.23 - $41.46.
For candidates residing in:
  • Alaska, California, Connecticut, Illinois, Maryland, Massachusetts, New Jersey, New York City, Newark, San Jose, San Francisco, Pennsylvania, Virginia, Washington, or the District of Columbia the salary range is $26.72 - $41.46.
  • All other locations the salary range is $23.23 - $41.46.

A combination of factors will be considered, including, but not limited to, education, relevant work experience, qualifications, skills, certifications, etc.
