Position Description:
As a Senior Business Analyst for Salesforce, you will play a pivotal role in bridging the gap between business needs and technical solutions. Each day starts with a stand-up meeting where you'll collaborate with product and development teams to ensure alignment of project milestones. You'll work closely with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements for Sales Cloud and Salesforce CPQ initiatives. A large portion of your time will be spent analyzing data, optimizing workflows, and managing mini projects that drive the implementation forward. As an assisting Product Owner, you'll prioritize backlogs, refine user stories, and coordinate with the project team to ensure successful delivery. Staying updated through Salesforce Trailhead certifications will be essential to enhance both your knowledge and the effectiveness of your contributions.

What We're Looking For:
Requirements:
  • Salesforce Certified Business Analyst required. Additional certifications like Salesforce Administrator, Salesforce Sales Cloud Consultant, or Salesforce CPQ Specialist are highly desirable.
  • 5+ years of experience in business analysis, with at least 2+ years focused on Salesforce Sales Cloud and Salesforce CPQ
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, or a related field (equivalent work experience is acceptable).

Additional skills:
  • Hands-on Salesforce expert with proven experience across Sales Cloud and CPQ, including configurations, workflows, automations, and reporting.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to assess complex data and business processes, recommending improvements.
  • Experience working within agile frameworks, including backlog grooming, sprint planning, and iterative feature delivery.
  • Proven ability to manage mini projects and coordinate with cross-functional teams, including developers, product managers, and project teams.

Unleash your potential: What you will be doing and owning:
  • Facilitate workshops and discovery sessions with stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements for Salesforce solutions, particularly on Sales Cloud and CPQ, translating business needs into actionable solutions.
  • Oversee and manage mini projects that focus on Salesforce configurations, automations, and optimizations, ensuring alignment with broader business objectives.
  • Serve as an assisting Product Owner by defining user stories, writing acceptance criteria prioritizing backlogs, and participating in sprint planning with cross-functional teams.
  • Coordinate with the project team to ensure successful project delivery, managing timelines and stakeholder expectations.
  • Analyze and troubleshoot Salesforce system performance, identifying areas for improvement and optimization.
  • Act as a liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring clear communication and alignment on project goals.
  • Stay up to date with Salesforce best practices and new features by maintaining relevant certifications through Salesforce Trailhead.
