  • Architect and support integrations including CTI and MuleSoft, ensuring secure, scalable, and maintainable connections between Salesforce and other enterprise systems.
  • Evaluate potential technical solutions, weighing benefits and drawbacks, and recommend approaches that balance configuration vs. custom development.
  • Establish and champion best practices for Salesforce configuration, customization, and platform governance.
  • Collaborate with implementation partners, cross-functional teams, and internal stakeholders to define requirements, design solutions, and assess technical limitations and implementation approaches.
  • Contribute to and help evolve architecture standards and guidelines, ensuring alignment with organizational (including FDIC-related) product and compliance requirements.
  • Serve as a technical advisor and thought leader on Salesforce platform capabilities, limitations, and emerging features.

Required Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of direct, hands-on experience with Salesforce products and the platform (Lightning experience strongly preferred).
  • Minimum of two (2) active Salesforce certifications, at or above Administrator (201) level.
  • Proven experience implementing end-to-end Salesforce solutions in single and multi-org environments, spanning CRM, Experience Cloud, Reports/Dashboards, and Einstein.
  • Strong development experience with Aura/LWC components, Visualforce, Apex, Platform Events, APIs, and integration technologies such as CTI and MuleSoft.
  • Demonstrated ability to evaluate and recommend solutions based on tradeoffs, technical feasibility, and long-term maintainability.
  • Strong collaboration and communication skills, with experience working alongside implementation partners and cross-functional internal teams.
  • Experience contributing to and aligning with enterprise architecture standards and governance practices.

Desired Certification(s):

  • Salesforce Certified Technical Architect (CTA), and/or
