Job description

REGIONAL SALES MANAGER (Remote)
Apex Operating Systems (Apex O.S.) is the single platform that runs an entire real estate business from one app, and it is about to change this industry forever. We are putting it into the hands of every agent in the country, and we are hiring the Regional Sales Managers who will lead the sales organization that does it.

This is not an entry-level sales job, and it is not for someone who needs to be taught how to sell or how real estate works. This is a leadership seat for a proven, licensed real estate professional who has already built a career, already led people, and wants their income tied directly to what their team produces, with no ceiling on top of it.

You will own one region. Beneath you sit ten Assistant Regional Sales Managers, roughly one hundred closers, and fifty to one hundred setters. You build the team, you train it, you hold the standard, and you replace anyone who cannot keep pace. You earn a percentage of every dollar your region closes, every single day.

Before you read about the seat, understand the game-changing product your region is selling. Once you see what Apex actually is, you understand why it sells itself, and why the leaders who get in early are about to do the best numbers of their careers.

YOU ARE NOT SELLING REAL ESTATE - THIS IS APEX O.S. THIS IS WHAT YOU & YOUR TEAM SELL.

Apex Assist: the AI that closes the deals you used to lose. The world's first AI assistant built for real estate that does not answer questions; it takes action. It listens to every call and every in-person listing and buyer presentation at the push of a button, capturing the budget, the timeline, the must-haves, and the objections, and dropping them straight into the CRM before the agent hangs up. Every lead they ever lost because they forgot to follow up, every detail that slipped on the drive home, gone forever.

Apex CRM: makes them throw everything else away. Imports any CRM they have ever used in one tap, leads, contacts, and full transaction history pulled in instantly. Then it stops being a filing cabinet and starts being a closer, running AI-managed SMS and email drip campaigns on its own. Dialer, conversations, tasks, and analytics all in one elegant app they can run from a showing, not a desk.

Apex Dialer: triples their contact rate. The most advanced mobile dialer ever built. Three to ten outbound lines at once. It recognizes every contact the instant they answer, writes its own call notes, and moves the pipeline automatically based on what was actually said. They never type a note or lose their place again.

Apex Ads and Apex Funnels: one self-optimizing conversion brain. A fully autonomous AI media buyer runs campaigns across every major platform from one portal and books qualified buyers straight onto the calendar. Every lead auto-uploads to the CRM and gets worked by AI over email and SMS the second it arrives. Here is what no agency on earth can match: Apex Ads and Apex Funnels work as one connected brain. Apex is continuously monitoring the ads AND the funnels they point to, and changing BOTH on its own to maximize conversions, around the clock, with zero manual work. The funnel and the ad teach each other, so the agent is never running a dead campaign or a leaky funnel again. Bring in listings, buyers, commercial, even recruiting, on command.

Apex Social: a 10k a month branding agency that IS the editor. The agent never learns editing software again. They talk to a teleprompter or just answer a question on camera, and Apex trims the dead air, drops in B-roll, kills the filler words, and writes the captions. They edit by voice, green-light it, and Apex schedules it across every account with the funnel links attached. And just like Apex Ads, it does not stop at posting. Apex is continuously monitoring the social posts AND the funnel destinations they drive to, and changing both on its own to maximize conversions. Every post, every link, every landing page is part of the same self-optimizing loop. A videographer, an editor, a social manager, and a PR firm, all gone.

Apex Level Up: turns average agents into killers. The beating heart of the platform. AI analyzes the agent's real conversations, identifies the exact skill gap, and forces repetitive practice until closing becomes automatic. When a seller says, "We'll think about it, and an Agent says no worries, call me when you're ready, Apex flags the moment, sends a Level Up notification, and hands them the exact line that turns the stall into a signed listing. Gamified belt rankings, real-time feedback on live calls, and a clear roadmap to mastery. The coaching program that listens to every interaction and keeps teams moving forward autonomously in a never before seen format.

Apex Mindset: the psychology of a top producer, handled. AI coaching that reads the agent's good days and bad days, intervenes before burnout, and feeds them only positive, motivational content. It locks the distracting apps during work hours, caps the doom-scroll, and walks them through the real-life challenges that quietly kill careers.

Apex Lifestyle: the reason they never quit using it. It turns their actual dreams into a daily plan. Tell it you want the dream car, the family trip, the college funds, and it tells you exactly how many transactions a month and how many calls a day make it real, then tracks your progress live. It runs financial health, tax tools, mileage, and expenses, and talks you through your goals by voice.

And the rest of the ecosystem. Apex Client Apps, a dating-app-swipe-style experience where buyers swipe homes, prep their credit and down payment, sign documents, and never leave the agent's world, so they bring their friends. Apex TC, replacing the transaction coordinator entirely at two hundred dollars a side instead of six to eight hundred. Apex Health, Apex Style, Apex Presentations, Apex IDX, Apex CMA, Apex mailers, Apex signage, Apex Broker and Team dashboards, and the Apex Affiliate Wallet, where agents earn ninety-seven dollars a month for every active client they refer, paid into a real digital wallet with a physical card, for life. Every future feature included, forever. These are just some of the flagship features. Apex does everything a Real Estate Agent, Team Lead, and broker have always needed, and no one ever built, until now.

The close that sells itself: right now, a founding agent locks in lifetime access for nine hundred ninety seven dollars one time, or two hundred ninety seven a month, locked for life. The moment this program ends, the price becomes nine hundred ninety seven dollars per month for everyone, forever. Lock it in once today, or pay almost a thousand a month for the rest of your career. That is the offer your team gets to make.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

Own the full health and output of your region: ten Assistant Regional Sales Manager pods, roughly 100 closers, and 50 to 100 setters, all at metric, fully staffed, and running clean.

Present Apex live on webinars and hold the room. The webinar is where half the audience books a closer and half drops, and you create that half.

Set the closing standard - your team copies. You personally know how to put a deal on the board, and your team copies your bar.

Build, train, coach, and lead your ARSMs, and hold them accountable for their pods.

Hire fast and replace fast. Run interviews per the hiring tree, move candidates through the pipeline, and remove underperformers without flinching. Vacancies cost money every day.

Read your live dashboard every morning and make the human calls. Apex does the metrics, you do the leadership: coach, put on a plan, retrain, or replace.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS (please do not apply if you do not meet these)

ACTIVE REAL ESTATE LICENSE. This is non-negotiable. We do not train people for the Real Estate industry. You arrive a pro or you do not apply for this particular role.

A major, documented sales career with a track record you can point to.

Proven experience leading and managing sales teams, the larger the better.

Closer-turned-leader DNA. You have personally sold at a high level AND led others who sell.

The backbone to hold standards, deliver hard feedback, and hire and fire decisively.

STRONGLY PREFERRED

Broker or brokerage management experience. Experience running or scaling a real estate team, office, or region. A history of recruiting and developing top producers. Comfort presenting to and closing other agents.

THE MONEY

This is one hundred percent performance. No salary, no cap, no ceiling. Here is exactly how you are paid: you earn one percent of your region's gross sales, every single day, with daily commission payouts available. The math is simple, and it scales straight up with your team. A five-hundred-thousand-dollar day puts five thousand dollars in your pocket. A one-million-dollar day puts ten thousand dollars in your pocket. A three-million-dollar day puts thirty thousand dollars in your pocket. One percent of everything your region closes is paid out daily.
The Daily Opportunity & Standards:

The absolute floor. If your team of roughly 100 closers, closes just a single deal in a day each, that is nearly one hundred thousand dollars in regional sales and roughly one thousand dollars in your pocket that day. One deal each. This is the worst day your region should ever have, and it is the number you build up from, not the number you aim for.

The standard. A million dollars a day in your region is the expectation, not a highlight. Ten seats sold per closer in a day across your team is a thousand deals, roughly a million dollars in regional sales in a single day, and your one percent on that is ten thousand dollars in your pocket that day. This is the bar a well-run region is expected to hit, and your job is to get your floor producing here consistently.

Above the standard, where it scales fast. A million a day is a starting point, because real estate buys in bulk. The person who shows up to one of these calls is rarely a solo agent buying a single seat. It is a broker, a team leader, or a husband-and-wife team, and they are buying for everyone they lead, ten, twenty, fifty seats at once for their whole office. One brokerage close can move your region's day on its own. This is also why we frequently close over one hundred percent of our booked calls: so many people buy multiple seats every time they show up that a single booked appointment routinely turns into several seats sold. With brokers and team leaders buying seats for everyone they lead, a region that is running right does not cap at a million, it pushes well past a million and a half dollars a day, and your override scales with every dollar of it.

Keeping the calendar full is your team's job, every single day. The standard above only happens when every closer's calendar is packed, and that is on your setters. We are generating leads constantly, and a large share of people book their own calls. But a full calendar is not something you wait for; it is something your team manufactures. Your setters rescue the no-shows, reschedule everyone who missed an appointment, and work the leads who came in but never booked, getting them onto a closer's calendar. Maximizing the fullness of every calendar, every day, is the single biggest lever on your region's number, and you own making sure your team is doing it relentlessly.

This is a leadership income most people in this industry will never come close to, built on a product that sells itself because it actually works. Earnings examples are illustrative and depend on your region's production. Income is not guaranteed. All commissions are paid to independent contractors under a 1099 agreement. Sales roles are 100% performance based.

THIS IS YOU IF

You have run a team or a brokerage, and you know the difference between a closer and an order-taker. You have a decorated career and you are bored by anything with a cap on it. You can look a struggling rep in the eye and tell them the truth, then give them a real shot, then make the call. You move fast, you hire fast, and you do not tolerate dead weight on your floor. You want to be a founding leader of the company about to change how real estate is sold.

THIS IS NOT YOU IF

You do not hold an active real estate license. You need to be trained on how to sell or how real estate works. You want a salary, a cap, or a seat where someone else carries the number. You manage by spreadsheet instead of by leadership.

SCHEDULE AND LOCATION

Remote. Full-time commitment. This is a region you run, not a side gig.

HOW TO APPLY

If you are a licensed real estate professional with a decorated sales career and real team-leadership experience, apply now with your resume and a short note on the teams you have led and the production you have driven. We move fast and we are screening candidates immediately.
