We're looking for an experienced Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our growing remote team.
You'll play a crucial role in engaging leads, nurturing client relationships, and setting the stage for both tax planning and insurance solutions. Over time, you'll transition into a licensed closer role where you'll handle insurance sales directly.
What You'll Do
  • Engage with new leads and follow up on outstanding engagement agreements
  • Conduct consultative meetings (phone, Zoom, or in-person) to uncover client needs
  • Schedule and prepare client meetings for tax planning and insurance presentations
  • Track client progress, ensure quarterly check-ins, and support retention
  • Maintain accurate CRM notes and communication logs
  • Attend networking or business events to represent the firm
  • Transition into closing insurance sales directly once licensed

What You Need to Get the Job Done
  • 2+ years of B2B sales or account development experience
  • Strong professional communication skills (verbal, written, and presentation)
  • Experience with Salesforce, LinkedIn, Google Suite, or similar CRM/sales tools
  • Ability to manage multiple requests and prioritize time effectively
  • Self-reliant, competitive, and driven to meet/exceed targets
  • Comfortable selling in hybrid environments (direct + virtual)
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, or Marketing preferred

Compensation and Career Growth
We reward performance with stability + upside.
Phase 1 - Sales Development Rep- BDR
  • Base Salary: $48,000 annually ($4,000/month)
  • Quarterly Bonus: $3,000 for hitting 90%+ of KPIs
  • On-Target Earnings (OTE): $90K-$95K annually

Phase 2 - Account Executive
Base Salary: $55,000 annually
  • Quarterly Bonus: $4,000 for hitting sales + KPI targets
  • On-Target Earnings (OTE): $110K-$125K annually
