Key Responsibilities

As a Remote Licensed Mental Health Counselor, you will:

• Conduct comprehensive initial assessments and evaluations to gain a clear understanding of clients' mental health conditions.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans that are specific to clients’ needs, incorporating evidence-based practices.
• Lead virtual therapy sessions for adult clients, ensuring engagement and pursuing therapeutic goals through solution-focused techniques.
• Utilize teletherapy technologies seamlessly, providing inclusive and accessible care for those who prefer remote sessions.
• Offer immediate crisis intervention services, maintaining client safety and ensuring timely support during challenging times.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Qualifications

The ideal candidate will possess:

• A current and valid license as an LCSW, LPC, LMFT, or PsyD.
• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in relevant fields such as Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.
• Outstanding communication skills, characterized by a genuine empathetic and non-judgmental approach.
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities to effectively balance caseloads.

Preferred Experience
