• Conduct comprehensive assessments to evaluate clients’ mental health needs and develop tailored treatment plans that guide therapeutic progress.
• Facilitate individual, group, and family therapy sessions using evidence-based approaches, adapting techniques to meet the diverse needs of clients.
• Maintain detailed and accurate documentation of client interactions and progress notes, ensuring compliance with legal and ethical standards of record-keeping.
• Actively contribute to a multidisciplinary treatment team, collaborating with physicians, case managers, and other healthcare professionals to enhance client care.
• Engage in continuous professional development through training, workshops, and peer supervision to stay current with emerging trends in mental health therapy.
• Participate in community outreach initiatives to promote mental health awareness and destigmatize seeking help for mental health concerns.

• A Master’s Degree in Social Work, Counseling, or Marriage and Family Therapy.

• Familiarity with record-keeping procedures and methodologies pertinent to client chart maintenance.
• A valid driver’s license and reliable transportation, in compliance with the laws and requirements necessary for a healthcare environment.

• Background in working within community health clinics or similar healthcare environments.
• Proficiency with electronic health record (EHR) systems and telecommunication tools.
