• Conduct thorough assessments of clients' needs, mental health status, and social circumstances, utilizing standardized tools and clinical judgment.

• Implement evidence-based therapeutic interventions, such as cognitive-behavioral therapy, mindfulness practices, and solution-focused techniques.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary treatment team, including psychologists, psychiatrists, and support staff, to provide integrated care and communication about client progress.

You will work with a diverse clientele, including individuals facing mental health issues stemming from traumatic experiences, chronic anxiety, depression, and substance use disorders. Your role will not only involve therapeutic support, but also advocacy, education, and resources that empower clients to thrive beyond their challenges.

• Bachelor's degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.
• Active LCSW license in the state of Nevada.
• Demonstrated excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a strong capacity for empathy and understanding.
• Ability to work effectively in a remote collaborative environment, executing responsibilities independently while being a supportive team member.

A minimum of two years of experience in clinical social work, preferably within a rehabilitation or mental health setting, is highly desirable.
