  • Assist with user research and usability testing to inform design decisions
  • Conduct thorough product discovery to inform design work
  • Create wireframes, prototypes, and other design deliverables to communicate design intent and to direct development teams
  • Collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, and other designers to iterate and refine designs
  • Advocate for user-centered design principles throughout the product development lifecycle
  • Manage multiple design tasks and deliverables efficiently while meeting deadlines

What We're Looking For

  • 3 years experience in a UX design capacity
  • Proven experience in UX design with a portfolio demonstrating user-centered design solutions
  • Proficiency in industry-standard design and prototyping tools
  • Understanding of UX research methodologies and ability to apply insights effectively
  • Excellent communication skills to articulate design decisions clearly to stakeholders
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
  • Experience designing for mobile platforms

Bonus Points

  • Experience working in live service games
  • Experience working in an Agile development environment
  • A love for Marvel!
