Interim HealthCare – Per Diem RN OASIS SOC or Case Manager

Interim HealthCare is offering a great RN SOC and Case Manager opportunities for RNs in the Chicagoland area with Home Health expertise!

  • Seeking RN support – Northern Chicagoland territory
  • Seeking RN support – Western Chicagoland territory

What We Offer:

  • PRN Employees: Earn between $60 and $165 (+ mileage)
  • Mileage reimbursement
  • All equipment provided
  • Territories based on your zip code

Must Haves:

  • RN license from an accredited nursing program
  • Licensed and reside in the State of Illinois
  • Home Health experience – Conducts multiple patients visits each scheduled workday
  • OASIS SOC experience highly preferred
  • Ability to provide ROCs, Revisits, and PRNs on scheduled workdays
  • Ability to provide a firm work schedule at least six (6) weeks in advance
  • Able to attend four (3-4) day onsite orientation in Alsip IL
  • Reliable vehicle w/ valid auto insurance
  • Bilingual - Spanish, Polish, Russian, Korean, etc - preferred; not required
