Job Description Oncology Nurse Navigator (RN) Location: Cleveland, TN (100% Remote) Overview: Our team is seeking an Oncology Nurse Navigator (RN) for a fully remote, permanent role - guiding oncology patients through diagnosis, treatment, and beyond, with the flexibility of a home-based schedule and competitive pay. Position Offers: Schedule: Monday-Friday 8:30 AM-5:00 PM, or 11:30 AM-8:00 PM Competitive pay: $40/hour Fully remote, permanent position Health, dental, and vision insurance Generous Paid Time Off (PTO) Sick Time Off (STO) Paid Holidays Company-provided equipment $75 for cell phone and $75 toward internet Certification provided annually Key Responsibilities: Coordinate care for oncology patients across the treatment continuum Manage symptom and side effect concerns for oncology patients Educate patients on diagnosis and treatment Support patients and families through end-of-life palliative and hospice care Provide case management for oncology outpatients Qualifications: Active Registered Nurse (RN) license 2+ years of oncology experience within the last 4 years, working with tumor patients Oncology experience beyond infusion-only nursing, with knowledge of oral or IV chemotherapy Telephone triage experience Tech-savvy with strong clinical and patient care skills Why Join Us: Join a fully remote Oncology Nurse Navigator (RN) role offering strong benefits, provided equipment, and the flexibility to do meaningful, patient-centered work from home.
