• Conduct thorough and comprehensive assessments to understand each client's background and mental health status.
• Develop personalized treatment plans that incorporate evidence-based methodologies tailored to the individual needs of clients.
• Implement therapeutic techniques such as cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) and trauma-focused therapies to support clients effectively.
• Maintain accurate, up-to-date, and confidential clinical documentation, ensuring compliance with all legal and ethical standards.

This role focuses on a diverse population of clients who are experiencing mental health challenges predominantly related to trauma, anxiety disorders, and depression. Your work will involve developing therapeutic relationships with clients from various backgrounds, helping them to articulate their goals and pathways to recovery. You will provide empathetic support, empowering clients to take active steps toward their healing.

• A Bachelor’s Degree in Social Work from an accredited institution is required.
• An active Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) license in the state of Georgia.
• Demonstrated expertise in facilitating individual and group therapy sessions, with strong knowledge of therapeutic interventions.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a talent for building rapport with clients and colleagues alike.
• Ability to work independently while managing a varied caseload in a remote work setting.

• Experience working within a rehabilitation setting or with mental health clients.
• Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems for managing client information.
• Expertise in developing treatment plans based on evidence-based practices.
