• Facilitate engaging individual and group therapy sessions, employing evidence-based techniques tailored to each client’s needs.
• Closely monitor client progress against treatment goals, adapting interventions as necessary to optimize outcomes.
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to develop and implement comprehensive intervention plans, enhancing the continuity of care.
• Maintain regular follow-up communication with psychiatrists and attending physicians for clients requiring hospitalization, ensuring a cohesive treatment approach.
• Identify and address potential behavioral challenges that may impede clients’ progress toward recovery.
• Support family members and primary caregivers in understanding and managing the emotional and behavioral complexities associated with their loved ones’ mental health issues.

This position primarily serves a diverse population of individuals seeking mental health support, ranging from children and adolescents to adults. Our focus lies in addressing various mental health conditions, including but not limited to depression, anxiety, trauma, and relationship issues. • A Master’s degree in Mental Health Counseling or a related field is mandatory.
• Active licensure as a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) in the state of Florida.
• Proven experience working as a Mental Health Counselor or in a similar role with demonstrated effectiveness in client outcomes.
• Extensive knowledge of psychopharmacology and the effects of medication prescribed by medical professionals.
• Exemplary written and verbal communication skills, enabling clear articulation of complex ideas.
• Strong interpersonal skills, empathy, and a genuine passion for helping others explore their challenges.

• Experience providing telehealth services to clients and familiarity with therapeutic platforms.
• Participation in community outreach initiatives or programs that promote mental health awareness.
• Additional certifications or training in specialized therapeutic modalities is a plus.

We offer a competitive salary range of $80,000 to $101,000 annually, based on experience and productivity.
