• Conduct thorough psychosocial assessments to understand and evaluate patients’ mental health needs, strengths, and challenges.
• Provide individual, group, and family therapy by utilizing evidence-based practices such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT).
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of psychiatrists, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to create a coordinated care plan for patients.
• Educate patients and their families about mental health diagnoses, treatment options, and medication management.
• Develop comprehensive treatment plans in partnership with patients and the treatment team, aligning with their personal goals and preferences.
• Advocate for patients’ needs and rights within the mental health system, helping them navigate resources and support structures.
• Facilitate psychoeducational sessions and therapeutic support groups, focusing on skill-building and coping strategies.
• Participate in discharge planning meetings to ensure a smooth transition for patients into community services or continuing care.

The therapist will engage with a diverse patient population seeking mental health support through our telehealth services. This includes individuals facing a variety of challenges, such as mood and anxiety disorders, substance use issues, and major mental illnesses. Our objective is to provide a safe, reliable, and empathetic environment for early intervention and ongoing recovery.

• A Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited institution is required.
• Current and active state licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) is mandatory.
• Comprehensive knowledge of a range of mental health disorders and treatment modalities, along with effective crisis intervention techniques.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, especially in a remote context with patients and team members.
• Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary environment.

• A minimum of 2 years of direct clinical experience working with a diverse range of mental health issues.
• Experience or training in telehealth practices and modalities.
• Proven track record of providing effective therapies to individuals from various backgrounds and demographics.

The position offers a competitive salary range of USD 80,000 to 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications. In addition to salary, the following benefits are available:
