Collaborating with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals includes psychiatrists, psychologists, and nurses, ensuring a comprehensive approach to our patients' well-being. • Conduct thorough clinical assessments through video and telephonic consultations, utilizing screening tools to formulate strategies for effective treatment plans.
• Provide individual and group therapy sessions using evidence-based interventions tailored to the specific needs of each patient.
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in our Electronic Health Record (EHR) system to ensure compliance with organizational policies and improve patient care.
• Engage in regular case reviews with a multidisciplinary treatment team to discuss patient progress and adapt treatment plans as needed.
• Offer psychoeducation and support to patients and their families, equipping them with tools to cope with mental health challenges effectively.
• Stay abreast of the latest advancements in mental health care and integrate new methodologies into practice as appropriate.

The patients you will work with typically present with a range of mental health issues such as depression, anxiety, substance use disorders, and trauma-related conditions. Your expertise in psychotherapy and understanding of social dynamics will enable you to assist these individuals in overcoming challenges and achieving long-term wellness. • A Master's degree in Social Work (MSW) from an accredited institution is required.
• A valid Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) license in the state of Missouri is mandatory.
• Strong knowledge of solution-focused and cognitive behavioral therapy techniques.
• Exceptional organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with patients and colleagues.

• Professional experience in a mental health setting, particularly with detoxification or addiction treatment, is highly desirable.
• Familiarity with telehealth technology and clinical workflows will be an asset.
• Previous involvement in collaborative treatment planning within a multidisciplinary provider team.

• Annual salary ranging from USD 80,000 to 100,000, based on experience and qualifications.
