As an LCSW-C, you will carry out a variety of essential tasks, including:

• Performing comprehensive clinical assessments to understand the needs of patients.

Your role will involve working primarily with patients who require end-of-life care, their families, and caregivers, addressing a wide range of emotional and psychological challenges related to grief, loss, and transitional issues. The diverse backgrounds of our patients lend a rich context to your practice, allowing you to provide culturally competent support tailored to individual needs.

The ideal candidate will meet the following criteria:

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.
• A valid, active LCSW-C license in the state of Maryland.
• A solid understanding of solution-focused therapies and their application in clinical settings.
• Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills, with an ability to effectively collaborate with diverse teams.

While a minimum of two years of post-graduate clinical experience is required, additional experience in hospice or palliative care settings is a plus, enhancing your ability to navigate complex emotional landscapes encountered by our patient population.
