This position is predominantly remote, allowing you to deliver clinical services from the comfort of your own home while maintaining flexible scheduling. • Conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments to evaluate clients' mental health status, strengths, challenges, and treatment needs.
• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic approaches, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and other modalities, to provide individualized care.
• Collaborate with a diverse team of health professionals in developing and implementing coordinated care plans, ensuring each patient's unique circumstances are addressed.
• Support patients and their families in understanding diagnoses, treatment options, and the implications of medication, enhancing their ability to make informed decisions.
• Facilitate individual and group therapy sessions, tailoring interventions to the specific needs of the clients and leveraging evidence-based practices.
• Develop treatment plans in conjunction with team members, incorporating collaborative input from patients to set meaningful recovery goals.
• Actively advocate for patients' rights and needs within the complex mental health system, providing essential guidance and support.
• Lead psychoeducation sessions, therapeutic groups, and discharge planning meetings to ensure effective transitions and ongoing support for patients.

In this role, you will primarily work with individuals undergoing detoxification and treatment for substance use disorders as well as co-occurring mental health conditions. Our patient population includes a diverse range of experiences, requiring tailored support and interventions to address complex needs. With a focus on comorbidities, you will confront the challenges that accompany both addiction and mental health issues. The role calls for an understanding and commitment to fostering recovery and resilience among a vulnerable population.

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution is required.
• Active state licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), demonstrating the necessary qualification to practice in a clinical environment.
• Deep knowledge of mental health disorders, various treatment modalities, and effective crisis intervention strategies.
• Exceptional skills in teamwork and collaboration, enabling effective partnerships in multidisciplinary settings.

• Experience working specifically in a detox or substance use treatment environment is highly desirable.
