This full-time position offers a remote work setting which allows for flexibility in your daily schedule, enabling you to meet the needs of seniors in your community effectively. As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker at Gotham Enterprises Ltd, you will be responsible for:

• Conducting comprehensive assessments to evaluate seniors' psychosocial needs, focusing on emotional, mental, and social factors that impact their lives.
• Collaborating with clients and their families to create personalized care plans that prioritize their specific goals and preferences, employing a client-centered approach.
• Providing individual and family counseling to support seniors during life transitions, helping them cope with challenges such as loss, illness, or changing living arrangements.
• Advocating for clients to ensure they have access to necessary community resources, guiding them to appropriate support services to enhance their well-being.
• Coordinating interdisciplinary care by working closely with healthcare professionals, such as nurses and caregivers, to provide holistic support for your clients.
• Regularly visiting clients to monitor their well-being and living conditions, addressing any concerns regarding safety or health.
• Facilitating family meetings to improve communication, resolve conflicts, and ensure everyone is aligned in their caregiving roles.
• Educating clients and families about available community resources, support groups, and programs designed to promote social engagement.
• Maintaining and organizing documentation in compliance with legal, ethical, and organizational standards, ensuring accurate records of client interactions and progress.
• Staying current with best practices and regulations in social work, actively participating in professional development opportunities.

This position specifically focuses on the senior population, providing essential social work services to address age-related issues, mental health, and family dynamics. You will work with clients from various backgrounds, tailoring interventions to their unique experiences and needs. Your main goal is to promote a higher quality of life for seniors, equipping them and their families with the tools and resources they need to thrive during challenging times.

• Current and valid licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in the state of Georgia.
• A Bachelor’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution, with a preference for candidates holding a Master’s degree.
• A minimum of two years of professional experience in a social work capacity, preferably focused on geriatric care or within a community health setting.
• A solid understanding of social work principles, issues faced by the elderly, and knowledge of available community resources.
• Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills to facilitate productive interactions with clients, families, and multi-disciplinary teams.
• A demonstrated ability to express empathy, establish rapport, and provide effective support to seniors and their families.
• Proficiency in EHR systems and general computer applications for efficient documentation and client management.

This full-time role offers a competitive salary range of USD 60,000 to 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
