Responsibilities for a Medical Record Review Associate include but are not limited to:
• Review medical records and interpret clinical documentation in both English and French
• Generate required reports and documentation accurately and on time
• Use subject matter expertise to support workflow accuracy, team objectives, and service delivery
• Identify issues, support escalations, and collaborate on process improvements
• Follow SOPs, protect sensitive information, and assist with training and departmental procedures
Candidates for Medical Record Review Associate must meet the following requirements to be considered:
• Must be bilingual in English and French; Canadian French preferred, but other French dialects are acceptable
• Prior experience reviewing medical records in both English and French required and must be clearly shown on the resume
• Microsoft Office Suite proficiency required
• Excellent attention to detail required
• Strong written and verbal communication skills required
• Must be self-directed and able to work independently or as part of a team
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or 1–3 years of equivalent work experience required
• 3+ years of experience in a specialized area related to this role required
• Must be able to adapt to a changing environment and meet critical deadlines
• BYOD setup required
• Windows 10 or higher required
• Intel i5 or AMD Ryzen 5 or better required
• Minimum 8GB RAM and 238GB storage required
• Two screens required
• Headset required
• TalkDesk speed test and device screenshots required
• Minimum internet speed of 20 Mbps download and 5 Mbps upload required; 25/10 preferred
• Jitter must be below 10

• Pay: $25.00/hour
• Shift: Monday through Friday, 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM local time; some overtime may be available. Training will be for two weeks on an 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM PDT schedule

Pay Details: $25.00 per hour
