Stubbe Case Management is seeking an experienced RN Field Nurse Case Manager to coordinate and manage the medical needs of individuals/clients who have sustained a work-related injury. The Case Manager uses their clinical knowledge, expertise, and leadership skills to partner with all stakeholders to facilitate the best possible outcome for the injured worker.

This is hybrid position comprised of 2/3 field travel in the Kansas City, MO area and 1/3 work from your home office.

What Youll Do

Our case manager's partner closely with injured workers, employers, insurance carriers, and medical providers to coordinate care, eliminate barriers, and facilitate a successful return to work. This position provides autonomy with the backing of a strong Midwest leadership and clinical team.


Qualifications

  • Active MO nursing licensure
    Workers compensation, case management, or occupational health experience preferred
    Strong communication, organization, and relationship-building skills
    Ability to work independently in a community-based environment
