• Conduct in-depth psychosocial assessments to determine patients' mental health needs, strengths, and areas for development.
• Implement and deliver evidence-based therapeutic interventions, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), tailored to each patient's specific conditions and goals.
• Work closely with a dynamic team including psychiatrists and nurses, ensuring that care is coordinated across all disciplines for optimal patient support.
• Educate patients and their families about diagnoses, treatment options, and medication management to facilitate better understanding and compliance.
• Provide individual therapy sessions, group therapy, and family counseling utilizing best practices and relevant therapeutic modalities.
• Collaboratively develop comprehensive treatment plans that reflect the goals and preferences of patients while integrating feedback from the entire treatment team.
• Support patients in navigating the mental health system, advocating for their rights and needs to enhance access to essential services.
• Facilitate therapeutic groups and psychoeducation sessions to empower patients and promote shared learning experiences.
• Engage in discharge planning and follow-up to ensure continuity of care upon patient transitions.

As a therapist at Gotham Enterprises Ltd, you will work predominantly with adults and adolescents dealing with a broad range of mental health challenges, including mood disorders, anxiety disorders, psychosis, and substance use disorders. • A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited program is required.
• Active state license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) to practice in Kansas.
• Solid understanding of various mental health disorders, therapeutic modalities, and crisis intervention strategies.
• Proven ability to function in a collaborative multidisciplinary team environment.

• A minimum of 2 years of experience in a mental health counseling setting.
• Previous experience working in a remote capacity and familiarity with telehealth platforms is preferred.
• Expertise in evidence-based therapeutic methodologies.
