• Conduct thorough clinical assessments for patients to identify their mental health needs and create personalized treatment plans.
• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and solution-focused brief therapy (SFBT) to administer effective interventions.
• Maintain diligent and accurate clinical documentation to ensure compliance and facilitate treatment continuity.
• Engage in regular collaboration with a multidisciplinary team, including psychiatrists, nurses, and other specialists, to devise and implement comprehensive care strategies.
• Provide educational support to patients and their families to enhance understanding of mental health issues and treatment processes.
• Stay abreast of current research developments and engage in continuing education to incorporate best practices into therapeutic interventions.

In this pivotal role, you will work with a diverse patient population, including adolescents and adults dealing with conditions such as anxiety disorders, depression, PTSD, and substance abuse issues. Your expertise in counseling and psychotherapy will play a crucial role in helping patients build resilience, develop coping strategies, and improve their overall mental health outcomes.

• A Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited institution is required.
• Possession of a valid LCSW license in the state of Kansas.
• Sound knowledge and application of solution-focused psychotherapy interventions are essential.
• Exceptional communication skills and an aptitude for problem-solving are necessary to facilitate patient interactions.

• Experience within a detox or substance abuse recovery setting is highly preferred.
