• Maintain accurate and organized clinical records in compliance with confidentiality regulations, ensuring a streamlined workflow and accessibility for case reviews.

• Master's degree or higher in Social Work, Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.
• Active professional license (LCSW, LPC, or LMFT) in the state of Arizona.

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, demonstrating an ability to build rapport with clients and work collaboratively within a team.

• Minimum of two years of post-graduate experience in a clinical setting, preferably including telehealth services.
• Experience working with a diverse population, especially in treating marginalized or underserved communities.
• Demonstrated ability to maintain a caseload while managing administrative requirements efficiently.
