Job description

* $45k base salary +commissions ($80,000+ annually if hitting basic targets) * Remote position within Canada * 3 weeks paid vacation + benefits   Imagine a role where every call is an opportunity to make a difference, where your persuasive skills are celebrated, and where you are at the forefront of transforming potential into success. We’re TempAid (https://www.tempaidcoldchain.com/) , a leader in temperature control solutions, at the forefront of innovation since 1975, safeguarding the integrity of temperature-sensitive goods worldwide. We offer cutting-edge products and comprehensive lab services tailored to the pharmaceutical industry. Headquartered in Mississauga, Ontario, Canada, TempAid operates globally, including our recent expansion into our latest facility in Missouri, USA. This underscores our dedication to fortifying our footprint and advancing our capabilities within the market. Now we’re looking to grow our team with a new Canadian based Inside Sales Specialist.   The Role We are seeking a full-time Inside Sales Specialist who will be responsible for calling leads from our database, setting appointments, and maintaining/developing our CRM system. You’ll be working closely with our Sales & Marketing team to strategically acquire new client appointments through marketing and cold/warm calling lead generation. We are seeking someone who is positive and not afraid to make the calls to establish the relationships necessary for generating new business. The best suited candidates are tenacious, resourceful, self-motivated with an outgoing personality who thinks outside the box. The ability to effectively and proactively navigate LinkedIn and other lead generating platforms to acquire new accounts will be critical to your success.   Responsibilities * Meet activity quota of calling 80+ companies per day. * Secure a minimum of 3-5 new qualified first-time appointments per week for the Outside Sales team. * Attempt to speak to 6-10 decision makers per day when making dials. * Follow process for cold and warm calling to generate new qualified appointments. * Actively manage leads through the Inside Sales process. * Participate in Inside Sales Training and a Sales Support Peer Group. * CRM Lead database development and management. * Follow up calls from various marketing campaigns to help generate appointments. * Leverage Social Media to develop relationships with prospects.   Benefits This is a full-time, remote position with daily work hours from 9am-5pm with some flexibility. In addition to a starting salary of $45,000, you’ll have access to a commission plan with the expectation of total annual compensation of $80,000+ if hitting basic targets. You’ll have access to an insurance benefits plan as well as 3 weeks of vacation. Temp Aid also offers opportunity to grow. After the first year in this role, you are eligible to broaden your position through an internal development program. We recognize our teams’ talent and we encourage all our staff to establish themselves within and beyond their individual roles.   Qualifications * Demonstrated experience in consultative sales techniques. * Minimum of 2 years Inside Sales experience. * Bachelor’s degree in business, communications, or a related field. * Committed to understanding your clients' businesses and providing value-added solutions to drive growth. * A strategic thinker with strong leadership qualities and accountability. * Passionate, determined, and seeking to advance your career in a dynamic environment. * Exceptional customer service, communication, and organizational skills. * A strong reliable internet connection is a must. We have regular virtual meetings through MS Teams to ensure that our team is always connected and working together.   How to Apply Our online application will give you the option to apply to this role as a complete person, not just a resumé. The application will assess your qualifications, personality traits and workplace preferences, and should take 10 to 15 minutes to complete. After submitting, you'll receive an email inviting you to log in and view your assessment results. We strive to build a team that reflects the diversity of the community we work in and encourage applications from traditionally underrepresented groups such as women, visible minorities, Indigenous peoples, people identifying as LGBTQ2SI, veterans, and people with disabilities.
