Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive clinical assessments to determine the psychosocial needs of patients and families within our hospice program.

  • Implement solution-focused therapeutic interventions that help patients process their experiences and emotions.
  • Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in accordance with organizational policies and state regulations.

Patient Population / Client Focus

In this role, you will work primarily with patients in a hospice setting, supporting individuals facing terminal illnesses. Qualifications
  • A Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.
  • A valid Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) license in the state of Florida.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of solution-based psychotherapy interventions relevant to hospice care.
  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with an aptitude for active listening and compassionate engagement.
Preferred Experience

This position offers a competitive salary ranging from USD 80,000 to 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
