Work Environment

As a social worker at Pro-Health Counseling Services, you will work within a structured yet flexible remote environment. Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct detailed assessments and screenings to understand clients' substance abuse histories, mental health conditions, and specific treatment needs, creating a clear picture of their recovery journey.
  • Design and implement personalized treatment plans that address addiction and any co-occurring mental health issues, ensuring alignment with best practices and clinical guidelines.
  • Facilitate both individual and group therapy sessions, employing evidence-based methodologies such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and motivational interviewing (MI) to support clients effectively.

Qualifications
  • A valid and current license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).
