As a social worker at Pro-Health Counseling Services, you will work within a structured yet flexible remote environment. • Conduct detailed assessments and screenings to understand clients' substance abuse histories, mental health conditions, and specific treatment needs, creating a clear picture of their recovery journey.
• Design and implement personalized treatment plans that address addiction and any co-occurring mental health issues, ensuring alignment with best practices and clinical guidelines.
• Facilitate both individual and group therapy sessions, employing evidence-based methodologies such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and motivational interviewing (MI) to support clients effectively.
• Collaborate closely with other treatment team members to establish a cohesive approach to care, ensuring clients receive well-rounded support throughout their recovery.
• Educate and support the families of clients, promoting their involvement and understanding of the recovery process.
• Maintain precise and confidential client records in accordance with regulatory standards and ethical guidelines, ensuring compliance and integrity in documentation.

• A valid and current license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).
• A master's or doctoral degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.
• Specialized training or experience in addiction counseling and substance abuse treatment methods.
• Strong understanding of evidence-based practices concerning substance abuse and co-occurring disorders.
• Proven therapeutic and counseling skills, with a motivational approach to encourage resilient recovery pathways for clients.
• Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration within an interdisciplinary treatment team environment.

• Experience working in remote settings and comfort with telehealth platforms.
• Background in providing family therapy or working with diverse populations.
• Knowledge of local resources and networks in Albany, Oregon, related to addiction recovery and mental health support.
