As an LCSW with Growth Revive Therapeutics, your responsibilities will include:

• Conducting thorough clinical assessments to identify patients' mental health needs, including their emotional, social, and environmental factors.
• Developing tailored treatment plans that utilize evidence-based therapeutic modalities and intervention techniques to support client goals.
• Implementing individual and group therapy sessions using approaches such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) to address complex emotional challenges.
• Maintaining accurate and timely clinical documentation in accordance with HIPAA regulations and organizational standards.
• Collaborating with a diverse treatment team that includes physicians, psychologists, and nursing staff to ensure a comprehensive approach to patient care.
• Participating in regular case reviews and supervision sessions to ensure high standards of care and continuous professional development.
• Providing education and resources to clients and their families, helping them understand mental health conditions, treatment options, and available community support.
• Staying informed on current research in social work and mental health to enhance clinical practice and client outcomes.

In this role, you will primarily work with individuals receiving hospice care, often grappling with terminal illnesses and the emotional burdens that accompany such experiences. Your compassionate support and therapeutic interventions will play a crucial role in addressing their psychological needs, preparing them and their families for bereavement, and offering guidance through end-of-life decisions. Your expertise will be invaluable in helping clients find meaning and comfort during this difficult time.

To be successful in this position, candidates must meet the following qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.
• A valid LCSW license in the state of Tennessee.
• A minimum of 3 years of clinical social work experience, ideally within hospice or palliative care environments.
• Strong understanding of psychotherapy techniques, particularly solution-based therapies.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills with a proven ability to build rapport with clients and families.
• Demonstrated critical thinking and problem-solving abilities in complex situations.
• Team-oriented mindset with a commitment to collaboration and shared decision-making.

While not required, candidates with experience in hospice care, end-of-life counseling, or working with diverse populations will be preferred. Familiarity with telehealth platforms and virtual therapeutic methodologies is also beneficial.
