• Facilitate engaging individual and group therapy sessions that employ evidence-based practices such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and motivational interviewing (MI), adjusting techniques to meet the unique needs of each client.
• Work collaboratively with physicians, nurses, and case managers to ensure a seamless flow of information and care, actively participating in treatment team meetings to discuss client progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.
