Key Responsibilities

As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker at Life Essence Center, your responsibilities will encompass a variety of critical tasks:

  • Develop personalized treatment plans utilizing evidence-based interventions such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and dialectical behavior therapy (DBT) to support the mental health needs of clients.

Qualifications
  • A Masterโ€™s Degree in Social Work from an accredited institution is required, giving you a strong theoretical foundation to support your practice.
  • Valid licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in Texas, demonstrating your commitment to professional excellence and service.
  • Minimum of three years of direct clinical experience in providing psychotherapy services, showcasing your ability to navigate complex patient needs.
