Key Responsibilities

As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker at Life Essence Center, you will:

• Conduct comprehensive clinical assessments, developing individualized treatment plans that incorporate established best practices and scientifically validated methods.
• Provide therapeutic interventions such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), adjusting your strategies to meet the unique needs of each client.
• Maintain precise and timely documentation of clinical interactions, adhering to HIPAA regulations and our internal standards for quality assurance.
• Collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary treatment team, including psychiatrists and licensed therapists, to create a unified approach to patient care.
• Engage in regular case consultations and peer review meetings, facilitating a dynamic exchange of ideas that enriches your practice and enhances patient care.

Qualifications
